I have now for the last few weeks order my heating oil. I have ordered it but won't deliver until I have paid in full my oil is down to about 100 litres I have no heating or hot water? Why won't they deliver to me I have paid 50% now another part payment next week the last part ??
I am disabled pensioner.
I have been with them since 2019. I have to rely solely on two fan heaters. Hot water boil the kettle for washing.
up. I get co flicting information.
Please certas help me get my home warm again. I will end up in hospital with hyperthermia? I have a dog too who is elderly.
Update. I have now had my oil delivered. Adjusted the quantity and payment.
So everything is now as it should be.
