I have now for the last few weeks order my heating oil. I have ordered it but won't deliver until I have paid in full my oil is down to about 100 litres I have no heating or hot water? Why won't they deliver to me I have paid 50% now another part payment next week the last part ?? I am disabled pensioner. I have been with them since 2019. I have to rely solely on two fan heaters. Hot water boil the kettle for washing. up. I get co flicting information. Please certas help me get my home warm again. I will end up in hospital with hyperthermia? I have a dog too who is elderly. Update. I have now had my oil delivered. Adjusted the quantity and payment. So everything is now as it should be.

Oil is always delivered on or before the scheduled delivery date. Never had a problem in over 30 years of using this company.
