We have had to change our process when you place an order online, we are unable to give you a quotation or provide you with a delivery date as we normally do. Instead, we will take your order and add it to our system to ensure the volume is secured. 

As soon as we are able to confirm availability of supply and accept your order, we will contact you by email and SMS with a delivery date and a provide you with a price.

You will receive an Email and/or SMS by 3pm the working day before the day of delivery which will state the price. If you are happy you don’t need to do anything. Of course, if you do need to cancel, you will have until close of business that day to call or email us. This will allow us to maximise deliveries to those customers in need.

We will send you an invoice post delivery, you must pay the amount on the invoice within 14 days of receipt; unless you are PREDICT pay monthly customer. If you are happy to proceed on this basis, please submit your order request.
